As the founder of Tricia Runkel Home, a creative studio focused on curated interiors, Tricia extends her guidance beyond closing, offering clients support with design, styling, and renovations.

Outside of real estate, Tricia enjoys spending summers on the water, travel inspired by design and culture, antiquing, and an active, wellness focused lifestyle. A proud Indiana University alumna, she remains deeply connected to the IU community through her involvement with the Women’s Philanthropy Leadership Council and the IU Student Foundation Board of Associates, and is a member of Highland Country Club in Indianapolis and Tippecanoe Lake Country Club.
